Jack Deere, our Senior Pastor, told us about the Florida revival on Sunday morning, and he left to go there after church. He encouraged us to continue in prayer by coming to the Monday night prayer meeting.
Usually there are 8-14 people at the prayer meetings, and they are quite tame and end promptly at 7:00. This night, there were over 40 actively engaged participants - more than I've ever seen. There was a lot of energy, some prophecy, and prayer for healing. Not only that, it lasted until 7:30 and had to be shut down. I don't know if anyone got healed, but that kind of prayer meeting is miracle enough!
